Method to reduce non-metallic inclusions in SM570 steel
Among the many factors of affecting the non-metallic inclusions in SM570 molten steel, the weak stirring of SM570 molten steel and the sedation time of SM570 molten steel are mainly analyzed. It is believed that the removal of non-metallic inclusions in the refining process mainly has the following methods:
(1)Non-metallic inclusions float up in the SM570 steel ladle due to buoyancy, and after reaching the liquid surface of SM570 steel, enter the slag to be removed. Generally, non-metallic inclusions with large particles are easier to float and separate.
(2)By blowing gas at the bottom, the non-metallic inclusions in the SM570 steel float up and separate with the air bubbles.
(3)Some small particles of non-metals particles with each other in the refining process of highly turbulent (stirring of gas, etc.) for SM570 steel ladle furnace , then generate non-metallic inclusions with larger particles, which are removed by floating.
