When the production is completed, what are the acceptance criteria for the surface of the EH40 steel plate?

1. The surface of EH40 steel plate should be free of harmful defects such as scabs, bubbles, cracks, inclusions, folds, and pressed iron scales which affect its use.

2.EH40 steel plate should not have visible delamination. The surface of EH40 steel plate is allowed to have a thin layer of oxide scale, rust and other defects such as mesh, roughness, pitting, scratches.

3.The surface defects of EH40 steel plate can be removed by grinding and other methods. The cleaning area should be smooth without edges and corners, and the cleaning depth should not exceed the negative deviation of thickness for EH40 steel plate, and the allowable smaller thickness of EH40 steel plate should be ensured.
