JIS G3445 is one of the Japanese Industrial Standards
The chemical composition of precision steel pipes under the JIS G3445 standard, such as STKM11, mainly includes carbon (C), manganese (Mn), silicon (Si), phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S). Specifically, for STKM11, its chemical composition requirements are as follows: Carbon (C): ≤0.12%, Manganese (Mn): ≤0.60%, Silicon (Si): ≤0.35%, Phosphorus (P): ≤0.040%, Sulfur (S): ≤0.040%. In addition, according to JIS G3445 standard, Nb and V can also be added, but their total content (Nb + V) should be ≤0.15%.
