30CrNi3Mo is an alloy structural steel. The 30CrNi3Mo steel plate is heat treated by high temperature tempering.
Alloy structural steel 30CrNi3Mo plate heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: 840-860℃ oil quenching + 520~590℃ tempering, oil cooling.
Metallographic structure: 1) Martensite after quenching;
2) After quenching and high temperature tempering, it becomes tempered sorbite.
30CrNi3Mo steel chemical composition:
30CrNi3Mo steel mechanical properties:
30CrNi3Mo steel has high hardenability. After quenching and high temperature tempering, uniform strength, high plasticity, toughness, fatigue strength, low cold brittle transition temperature and notch sensitivity can be obtained on a large section.
