The occurrence of dynamic recrystallization of 310S stainless steel is not only related to the amount of deformation, but also related to temperature and strain rate. The higher the temperature, the lower the strain rate, which can promote the dynamic recrystallization of the material.

The 310S stainless steel plate with defects loses heat quickly during the hot rolling process, and the final rolling temperature is about 900 ° C. According to the dynamic recrystallization theory, it is extremely difficult to realize all dynamic recrystallization during the hot rolling process.
