CCS EH36 Z35 plate technical requirements
CCS EH36 Z35 plate is high strength ship plate, E is the quality grade E, H means high strength building material, 36 is the maximum compressive strength, Z is the Z-direction tensile.
CCS EH36 Z35 plate technical requirements:
CCS EH36 Z35 plate is for offshore platform. It shall meet Z-direction performance. According to the requirements of GB5313, the sulfur content of CCS EH36 Z35 plate is not more than 0.005%.
In order to obtain good low temperature toughness and weldability, it is necessary to refine and even the grains in the whole cross section and thickness direction of the CCS EH36 Z35 plate. Measures for grain refinement and uniformity: on the one hand, in the control of rolling process, the reduction amount and rolling speed of each pass should be reasonably designed. When rolling in the austenite recrystallization zone, the single pass reduction shall be increased as much as possible: when rolling in the austenite non recrystallization zone, the larger cumulative deformation rate (≥ 60%) shall be ensured, and after rolling, the rapid cooling shall be carried out to control the grain size in the rolling state. On the other hand, proper normalizing process can further refine the grains and make them uniform.
