China's steel materials social inventory monitoring in the first ten days of March 2020

In the first ten days of March, China's social inventory of five major varieties of steel materials was 20.21 million tons, an increase of 1.16 million tons, or 6.1%, compared with the previous ten days, and the growth rate continued to fall; it was 13.39 million tons, or 196.3% higher than the previous December.

In terms of regions, the steel materials inventory in East China and Northwest China increased more than that in the previous ten days, with 330000 tons and 300000 tons increased respectively; the seven regions showed a growth trend, with Northwest China as the largest growth area, with a growth rate of 38.2% compared with that in the previous ten days, and other regions showed little growth.
