SM400 steel plate implements the standard JIS G3106.

SM400 is Japanese standard rolled steel for welding structure uses. It is equivalent to the Chinese Q235, SM400 has three quality levels, SM400A, SM400B, SM400C. A represents no impact, B represents 20℃ impact at room temperature, and C represents 0℃ impact.
