Method for the determination of mechanical properties of S355MC Steel plate
1. Tensile test: cut a number of parallel samples on the sample, and under the specified conditions, they are respectively pulled off.
2. S355MC steel plate Bending test: cut the two ends of the sample at the same time.
3. S355MC steel platecompression test: under certain conditions, determine the maximum stress, residual stress and elongation of steel plate compression.
4. S355MC steel plate Torsion test: The two ends of the sample rotate at the same time 1° Angle to determine.
5. S355MC steel plate Impact test: The impact test is carried out with the steel bar with high hardness. The strength value of the sample is recorded as S or N after the sample is deformed under specified conditions, from the time of impact to the end of the test. Impact testing machine can also be used for measurement.
6. The hardness test does not exceed the hardness value specified in the standard of S355MC steel plate. If the hardness value measured exceeds the standard, the hardness value specified in the material standard should be corrected
