1. Examination of CCS grade D ship plate MTC:
CCS grade D ship plate delivery must be based on the user's requirements, according to the contract specification. And the MTC will be provided. The MTC certificate contains the following contents:
(1) Specification requirements;
(2) Quality record number and certificate number;
(3) Furnace batch number, technical grade;
(4) Chemical composition and mechanical properties;
(5) Certificate of approval of classification society and signature of surveyor.

2. Physical examination of CCS grade D ship plate:
For the delivery of marine steel, the physical object shall bear the manufacturer's mark, etc. The details are as follows:
(1) Classification society approval mark;
(2) Paint frame or paste marks, including technical parameters such as furnace batch number, standard grade, length and width, etc;
(3) The CCS grade D ship plate appearance is smooth and without defects.
