Properties of P235GH steel plate after normalizing treatment
BBN has successfully developed P235GH steel plate for pressure vessel pipes with a thickness of 6-10 mm through reasonable composition design, smelting, heating, and rolling in combination with its own process and equipment conditions.
The rolling-normalizing process is used to replace the traditional TMCP + off-line normalizing process, and the P235GH steel plate with excellent mechanical properties is produced. The yield strength margin is about 100 MPa, the tensile strength margin is more than 80 MPa, and the elongation after fracture The yield margin is more than 10%, the impact absorption energy margin is more than 50J, and the performance of the head and tail of the steel plate is uniform. After ultrasonic testing, the steel plate is JB/T 4730.3-2005 I grade.
The mechanical properties of P235GH steel plate after normalizing are excellent, the strength is reduced by 30 MPa, the impact properties are improved, the impact absorbed energy is increased by 60J, the grains grow and the band structure is eliminated to a certain extent.
