The Effect of Cr on 50W800 Silicon Steel by Recrystallization Annealing Microstructure and Properties
The effect of Cr on the recrystallization annealing microstructure and properties of 50W800 Silicon Steel, the microstructure of different high-strength 50W800 Silicon Steel after recrystallization annealing at 800℃ for 120s in the BBN experiment.
Both Cr and 50W800 Silicon Steel samples only recovered and incompletely recrystallized. There was a large area of deformation zone in the matrix, and some fine recrystallized grains were formed along the deformation zone, but the 0CrNb sample occurred. There are more recrystallized grains than the 0.5CrNb sample.
Therefore, the addition of Cr will inhibit the recrystallization of high strength 50W800 Silicon Steel during annealing. For 50W800 Silicon Steel, if the annealed sheet does not undergo sufficient recrystallization and grain growth, the magnetic properties are often poor. The magnetic properties and mechanical properties of different samples can be confirmed by the corresponding magnetic properties.
When annealed at 800℃, the iron loss P1.0/400 of both 50W800 Silicon Steel reaches 40 W/kg. In order to obtain 50W800 Silicon Steel with better magnetic properties, BBN studied the recrystallization annealing test at 850 ℃, and the holding time was 120 s.
