Vietnam steel exports have reached nearly 1.5 million tons since the beginning of the year

According to the latest statistics, since the beginning of the year, Vietnam's steel exports have reached nearly 1.5 million tons, an increase of 3.8% year on year, with an export volume of more than $815 million, Vietnam News Agency reported.

Among them, the export volume to China is growing rapidly. The data shows that in the first two months of this year, Vietnam's steel export to China reached nearly 211000 tons, a 25 fold increase over the same period last year, approaching half of Vietnam's total steel export volume to China of 442000 tons in 2019.
