1. AS3678-400 steel plate implementation technical standard: AS-NZS 3678-2011.
2. Introduction of AS3678-400 Australian grade:
AS3678-400 Australian low alloy steel plate, AS3678 means the Australian low alloy standard AS-NZS 3678, 400 means the minimum yield strength value.

Note: (1) The grades listed allow the use of modified sulfide steelmaking techniques.
(2)The maximum value of Cr+Ni+Mo should not exceed 1.00%
(3)The limit value is applicable to both acid-soluble aluminum and all-aluminum.
(4) The carbon equivalent CE is calculated according to the actual smelting composition or finished product composition value, and according to the following formula: CE=C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu)/15
(5) Ni+V≤0.030% (6) V≤0.10%, Ni+V+Ti≤0.15%.
