P355NH HIC steel plate is used in petroleum, chemical, power station, boiler and other industries for the production of reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, boiler steam drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, Hydropower station high-pressure water pipes, turbine volutes and other equipment and components.

Hydrogen Induced Cracking Evaluation(HIC Test)

The anti-hydrogen cracking evaluation test for steel products shall be carried out in accordance with EN10229, and the A test solution (PH 3) or the B test solution (PH 5) and the corresponding acceptance criteria may be selected.
HIC test acceptance level:
Acceptance level is divided into level I, level II, level III.
