A573 Grade 58 is a structural‑quality carbon‑manganese‑silicon steel plate designed for applications requiring improved notch toughness at atmospheric temperatures. It is commonly used in welded structures, building components, pressure‑bearing frames, and general engineering applications where enhanced toughness is required. The grade is produced using fine‑grain practice, ensuring stable welding performance and uniform mechanical behavior.
